R.E.L.A., Reaching Every Leader for Application (RELA), is a fellowship formed for the development of leaders in the body of Christ and for application in the world. We at RELA are a Christ-centered leadership initiative dedicated to equipping, empowering, and encouraging leaders to fulfill their God-given calling with excellence.

​At RELA, we believe that leadership is not just about influence—it’s about impact. Through retreats, training sessions, roundtable discussions, and practical resources, we provide a space where leaders can learn, grow, and apply biblical principles to real-world challenges.

I’ve always subscribed to the belief that if one sees God in their everyday life, and their life is enhanced because of it, one will be more committed to Him.  RELA is about developing leaders to not only motivate others to lead, but to supply the step by step instructions to aid in the implementation of Godly principles.

Our vision is simple: to develop leaders who lead with integrity, serve with humility, and keep the Cross at the center of their mission. To accomplish this vision, we will need to collaborate with all types of leaders from various disciplines to be successful.
