Who should attend the retreat?
The R.E.L.A. Leadership Retreat is for those serving or interested in serving in a leadership capacity within the Body of Christ. Whether you are an ordained clergy member, ministry leader, or stepping into new responsibilities, this retreat will aid in your leadership development.
Is the registration fee refundable?
The retreat registration fee is nonrefundable.
Is my registration transferable if I can no longer attend?
Yes, retreat registrations are transferable up to 48 hours prior to June 11, 2026. To initiate the transfer process, please send an email to relaoffice2025@gmail.com. Transfer is not complete until a final confirmation email is sent. Note, registration transfer does not include lodging. To transfer lodging accommodations, you must contact Bear Creek Resort at 1-866-754-2822, extension 205, 48 hours prior to June 11, 2026.
Can I attend for one day?
Yes. However, attending one day does not change the registration fee.
Can I register on the day of the retreat?
No, registration will be open until May 15, 2026. After May 15, 2026 and through May 23, 2026 you must email relaoffice2025@gmail.com to inquire about space availability.
Is there a virtual option for workshops?
No. All workshops are held in person to allow for the best opportunity to become equipped with tools to grow in leadership.
Do I have to lodge at Bear Creek?
Although it is suggested, you do not have to lodge at Bear Creek Resort. You may select a hotel in the surrounding area or commute daily to the retreat.
Is there a shuttle for off-site lodging?
Shuttle service is not offered
I have special accessibility needs, is there accommodations?
Bear Creek Resort does have special lodging accommodations. You must request necessary accommodation upon reserving your room directly with Bear Creek.
Is there a dress code?
There isn’t a specific dress code. However, all are asked to be cognizant that this is a Christian-focused leadership retreat. Additionally, be mindful that Bear Creek Resort is a family environment.
